The historic and beautiful city of Tabriz can be turned into a tourism hub for neighboring countries including Turkey and Caucasus, said the Secretary General of Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Khalil Ibrahim Ậḵcẖạ expressing pleasure over the designation of the city as the Capital of Islamic Tourism in 2018.
