Kharrazi made the remarks on Tuesday in a meeting with German Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office Niels Annen, IRNA reported.
He said that the US aims to create tensions and conflict in the region, noting that the Europe will face its negative effects.
Europe support for the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the nuclear deal, will help maintain security in the region, Kharrazi added.
Europe's political will in supporting Iran deal should turn into practical actions in line with implementing the deal, Kharrazi said.
If Iran’s interests are not fulfilled there will be no reason for the country to stay in the deal, he reiterated.
Kharrazi referred to the US unilateral withdrawal from the nuclear deal on May, and said, “Based on the JCPOA letter, Iran has the right to stop its commitments partially or completely.”
The German official praised Iran's stance after the US withdrawal from the deal, underlining that despite having some problems, the Europeans are determined to support the deal.
Iran's oil sale, transferring money and investment of small and medium-sized companies are now among priorities in relation with Iran, Annen said.
Both officials also discussed regional issues namely those related to Syria and Yemen.
