It will be attended by literary figures of the participating countries as well as Persian language speakers from other countries namely Tajikistan and Afghanistan, IRNA reported.
Cultural attachés will present lectures on the characteristics of the three countries as well as the cultural and poetic bonds among them.
In addition to Iranologists and Orientalists, a number of Russian, Persian and Armenian professors will attend the event. Photographs illustrating the symbols of these countries will also be displayed.
The performer of the first night of the program, Hamidreza Dadou said the most inexpensive and practical way to learn more about the historical, cultural, social and religious commonalities of these countries is through such gatherings.
He recalled that the first international poetry night of Iran, Tajikistan and Afghanistan which was held on November 13 was well received.
Given the expansion of Persian language and the ever-increasing interest in the language in Russia, a number of poetry-reading sessions and cultural exhibitions are scheduled to be he held in Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
